Hi, I’m Brittnee.

I’ve built brands, led teams, launched companies, fixed broken customer experiences, and helped businesses find the story that finally made people pay attention.

My career has never followed one perfectly straight line. It has moved through customer service, medical sales, startups, enterprise technology, healthcare, legal services, ecommerce, sports, and community marketing.

What connects all of it is simple: I know how to understand people, make complicated ideas feel clear, and turn ambitious business goals into marketing that feels intentional, memorable, and built to move.

I created Branded by Brittnee as a place where strategy and creativity could live together, without forcing every business into the same formula.

I don’t believe the best marketers are the loudest people in the room. I believe they are the ones paying close enough attention to understand what people need, what the business is really trying to solve, and how to make the two finally connect.

THE UNEXPECTED PATH

My career wasn’t a straight line. That’s the point.

Every step of the way taught me something the next one needed. Customer service taught me to listen. Sales taught me how people make decisions. Startups taught me how to build without a roadmap. Enterprise leadership taught me how to create structure, scale ideas, and bring people along with me.

WHERE IT STARTED

I learned brands from the customer’s side first.

I started on the phones in customer service, solving problems in real time and learning how quickly a brand promise can fall apart when the experience does not match it.

That early perspective shaped everything that came after. I learned to pay attention to the questions people ask, the moments that create frustration, and the details that make someone feel understood.

FINDING MY LANE

Sales taught me that good marketing has to move people.

Medical-device sales took me into hospitals, clinics, and client accounts across South Florida. I learned how to build trust, navigate complex decisions, and communicate value in a way that felt clear rather than forced.

When the business expanded into molecular testing, I moved into B2B marketing and helped build relationships across healthcare systems, corporate partners, and organizations around the country. That was where strategy, storytelling, and growth finally came together for me.

LEADING AT SCALE

Enterprise leadership taught me how to build systems that last.

At MRC, I modernized the marketing engine through automation, lifecycle strategy, digital onboarding, SEO, content, and brand positioning.

At BMC Software, I led digital business-development teams, built scalable prospecting and messaging frameworks, partnered across sales and marketing, and helped early-career sellers turn strategy into pipeline.

Those experiences strengthened the way I lead today: with clarity, curiosity, high standards, and a willingness to get close enough to the work to understand what it really needs.

I have worked inside startups, large corporations, local organizations, and growing brands. The industries changed. The assignment stayed the same:

I am the kind of person who wants to understand how everything connects. The customer. The team. The process. The pressure behind the deadline. The business goal underneath the request.

I ask questions, find the gaps, bring structure to the chaos, and stay close enough to the work to help move it forward. I believe great leadership is not about having every answer. It is about creating enough clarity and trust for people to do their best work.

I make complicated things feel clear.

Whether it is a brand problem, a broken process, a long sales cycle, or an ambitious launch, I know how to find the thread that matters and turn it into a plan people can understand and act on.

I am strategic, but I am never too far from the work.

I can build the strategy, lead the team, shape the message, review the creative, fix the workflow, and step in when something needs to get across the finish line. I do not believe leadership means losing touch with execution.

I notice what other people miss.

I pay attention to the small moments that shape the bigger experience: the confusing handoff, the missed follow-up, the sentence that does not sound right, the customer question no one answered, or the idea that could become something much stronger.

I lead with high standards and a lot of humanity.

I believe people do their best work when expectations are clear, feedback is honest, and they know someone is genuinely invested in their growth. I push for better without making people feel smaller in the process.

THE HUMAN SIDE

I am ambitious, curious, and probably already thinking three steps ahead.

I love a good challenge, a big vision, and the moment when an idea finally starts to click. I am energized by teams with something meaningful to build and leaders who are ready to think bigger about what is possible.

I also believe there should be room for laughter, honesty, fresh ideas, and being a real person at work. The best teams I have been part of cared deeply about the outcome without losing sight of the people behind it.
