the face behind the brand
I didn’t start in marketing. I started in customer service—on the phones, solving problems, and learning how real people experience real brands. That foundation gave me the perspective most marketers never get: how the end-user thinks, feels, and reacts.
From there, I moved into medical device sales, managing accounts across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. When the company launched a molecular lab for PCR testing, I pivoted into B2B marketing—expanding our client base across the US through healthcare systems, hospital networks, and corporate partnerships. That’s where I found my lane: positioning services, building trust, and closing deals through strategy and storytelling.
Over the next few years, I expanded my skill set across industries—from solar and insurance to DTC fitness, beauty, and apparel. I worked hands-on with founders and growing brands to define their identities, grow their reach, and build systems that actually scale.
In 2018, I joined a wellness tech startup just before launch. The company had previously failed due to poor customer experience—and this time, getting it right was critical. I built the customer experience department from the ground up and, within a year, became the go-to expert on the brand. Trusted by the executive team, I led a full rebrand, redesigned the app and website UX, developed new brand guidelines, and oversaw all marketing: influencer campaigns, email and SMS, paid media, content, partnerships, commercials, loyalty programs, and beyond.
As the company grew, I shifted to leading B2B marketing in their life sciences division—developing clinical partnerships and vendor relationships across healthcare, research, and wellness. I had the opportunity to work with organizations like the NFL, MLB, US Army, DARPA, and leading universities across the country.
Today, I serve as the Marketing Manager at MRC, a trusted litigation support partner with over 40 years of experience and an exclusive client list. My role focuses on automating and optimizing their marketing engine—from transitioning them to Klaviyo, building full-funnel lifecycle workflows, and digitizing client onboarding, to leading SEO and blog strategy, increasing website traffic, and launching a LinkedIn presence that positioned MRC as a thought leader in legal services.
The TL;DR?
I’ve built brands from scratch, turned failing strategies into scalable systems, and led both B2B and DTC growth at every stage. I bring strategy, clarity, and structure to every project—and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all marketing.
